Shipments and returns

We ship orders out 2-3 times a week. We use sturdy packaging materials and always remove the vinyls from the sleeves to prevent seam splits during shipping.

The shipping methods you can choose from are:

Itella Economy mail: this is regular 2nd class mail, delivery time is 2-3 weeks in Europe and 3-4 weeks in the rest of the world.

Itella Priority mail: regular 1st class mail, delivery time is 1 week in Europe and up to 2 weeks in the rest of the world.

UPS standard courier mail: this is only available in the European union. UPS is cheaper than regular Finnish mail, plus they deliver straight to your doorstep. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using this option if you are an EU resident, it is the safest, fastest and most cost-effective option. Delivery time is 3-4 business days.
